How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Axa Charms products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not include normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

To maintain the shine, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place, ideally in the Axa Charms pouch provided with your order.
