  Place the jewelry in its original Axa Charms gift box and protective packaging to ensure the items are not damaged during transit.

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
